LifeOS — Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 November 2026.

LifeOS is a private, single-user system operated by Viktor Rybak for his own use. The only Google accounts it accesses are the owner's own accounts, connected by the owner himself.

What data is accessed

With the owner's consent, LifeOS reads and, after the owner's explicit approval of each change, writes data in the owner's Google services: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Contacts and Chat.

How it is used

The data is used only to help the owner manage his own tasks, messages, calendar and documents. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else. Parts of it are processed by AI model providers chosen by the owner solely to answer the owner's own requests.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored on the owner's private server in the European Union, readable only by the system. No public access to the data is provided.

Google API Services User Data Policy

LifeOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
